Styled by Pininfarina and launched in 2006 as a 2007 model year, the 599GTB was Ferraris 2nd "new generation" car. Much like the 430 was a clean sheet design from the 360, the 599 was a leap forward from the 550/575 it replaced. The biggest drawcard of all was Ferrari using a lightly modified version of the fire breathing Tipo F140C 6.0 litre V12 lifted directly from the Enzo. Putting this incredible engine in the front of their latest and greatest GT gave owners the ability to say that they genuinely had the beating heart of a supercar up front making all that amazing noise.
Having the high-revving 456Kw (620hp) motor coupled to Ferrari's 6-speed "F1 SuperFast" (which had a shift time of 100 milliseconds) meant this GT has the ability to carve tracks with the best of them, or crush continents with ease in a day.
This stunning car was delivered new by Euromarque Ferrari of Brisbane on 30th of April 2009. Specified in Bianco with contrasting Bordeaux leather, this colour combination has to be one of the most flattering combinations for highlighting the iconic flowing lines of the Pininfarina body. Coupled with the Daytona seats, crested guards, black 20 inch wheels and carbon fibre roof and steering wheel, this 599 is jaw dropping from any angle, both inside and out.
With an absolutely faultless service history with authorised Ferrari dealers from new (including a full service at Ferrari Brisbane on 24th of April this year) full books and two keys, this gorgeous 599GTB is ready to be used and appreciated by its next custodian.
