Perhaps the most recognisable shape from the Ferrari catalogue of hits, our beautiful Australian delivered 328GTS is the quintessential pin-up car of the 80's.
An absolute delight to drive, this car offers an immersive and truly analogue experience unlike any modern car. Whether it's the raspy and characterful 3.2 litre V8 (made even better with a sports exhaust), the click clack of the open gate dog-leg gearbox, or the unassisted but beautifully weighted steering, this is a driving experience to be savoured.
Delivered brand new by Scuderia Veloce Motors in Lindfield, Sydney on the 10th of November 1988, this car has has its original factory service book with the all important data card and delivery information from the factory. Sporting its original factory leather wallet and booklets, this car is also supported by a folder full of receipts showing a well cared for and much loved custodianship by its previous owners.
This car also benefitted from a complete engine rebuild in May 2020 since which time it has only covered approximately 3,500 KM. The Ferrari 328 has possibly the best reputation for reliability and low-cost of maintenance, and now with a complete rebuild, plus a lengthy history with receipts, this 328 is one of the most useable icons in the market.
This variant is also a very late ABS production car with the convex 16" inch alloys. The removable targa top itself is as easy as it gets (taking less that 10 seconds to go from hardtop to convertible), the roof stows in the factory original cover and stores neatly behind the seat. Provided with the car is the all important toolkit and the zip-up storage compartment presents in fantastic condition, as does the front storage area with a full size original spare wheel.
Genuinely a very useable and appreciating automotive asset that will continue to reward its next owner for many years.
