Meet, Greet & Caffeinate
One blue-bird winter’s day in June, a 30 strong group of CHROME TEMPLE Investments Mach 1 Fund ("Mach 1 Fund" or the "Fund") investors, their guests and the CHROME TEMPLE team gathered at our HQ in Mona Vale. After shaking hands and warming cars our convoy set off for the Central Coast, making a first stop at the quintessential Australian libation destination - Saddles, located in the heart of Mount White, cups of coffee and croissants were consumed before heading onto the twisties. It was also terribly nice of the local constabulary to send four of their finest to enjoy a warm cuppa with us!

The Scenic Drive
The convoy, featuring Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Porsches, Lotus, BMWs, Dodges, and more, threaded through the stunning Central Coast countryside, making swift work of the twisting tarmac. We made our way through Peats Ridge, Kulnura and Bucketty, before a brief stop in Wollombi to whet our whistles and collect some way-ward cars that had taken an ‘even more scenic route’ (wrong turn!). With the full team back in tow, it was on to Black Rock Motor Resort (Wakefield), via Cessnock.

Black Rock Motor Resort Introduction
Tony Palmer, Founder & CEO of Black Rock Motor Resort (the future home to Australia’s first dedicated motorsport activity centre) hosted from the go, introducing our lucky investor group to the incredible destination-in-development - 5.25km track, e-go-kart track, skid pan, UTV & 4WD tracks, driver training, hotel, spa, villas, event centre and much more. The highlight of the day being sim racing the future track before being sling-shotted (often sideways) via motorised 4-seater ATV around the real developing (currently muddy) track, experiencing the GT3 car suited undulations from straight to corner and on. This track is something to behold and will be truly world class.

8 At Trinity Dining Experience
A short drive from Black Rock Motor Resort found our investor group at the sprawling waterside resort-style restaurant, 8 at Trinity - a north star of Central Coast atmospheric degustation. Where incredible dishes were plentifully matched with rich banter and a few sips of vino. As dishes, glasses and conversations continued, the afternoon melted away, until it was time to recharge with coffees before a safe cruise back to Sydney, complete with tired smiles across the board.
